美國西雅圖 創(chuàng)業(yè)公司Jott本周推出了一個把語音變成短信 服務(wù). 使用非常簡單：用戶撥打Jott提供 一個電話號碼打, 留言, 并留下收信人 號碼. Jott通過語音識別技術(shù)把語音留言轉(zhuǎn)成文字, 并發(fā)短信給收信人. 收信人可以選擇閱讀文字短信或收聽語音留言.
《西雅圖PI》記者John Cook試用了這個服務(wù). 試用結(jié)果 語音識別技術(shù)還不完美, 但還不錯了. 他測試 語音留言 "Jott Networks is a new startup that converts your voice into text and delivers it via e-mail”, 轉(zhuǎn)化成 短信 "Jott now works as a new startup that converts your voice and ___ delivers it via E-mail.”. （譯者：錯誤 部分用紅色標(biāo)出）
Jott團(tuán)隊目前只有4個人, 包括兩名前微軟雇員. 目前接受 投資不到一百萬美元. 投資來自Ackerley Parters公司, Draper Richards 和 Skype 創(chuàng)始人之一Miklas Zennstrom.
